Lesa received her massage certification through Chico Therapy Wellness in 2003 and she has been providing spa massages to clients throughout Chico for nearly a decade.  During that time, Lesa worked at a local preschool which helped her more fully understand the value of being calm in life, not just for oneself but for others.

Lesa understands that massage is truly a healing art and she finds great satisfaction in seeing the benefits her clients receive from massage therapy.  Lesa is certified in Swedish massage, but through the course of ten years practicing massage therapy she has picked up a variety of massage techniques, including techniques associated with deep tissue massage, accupressure massage, and sports therapy massage, that she uses effectively to enhance her clients' massage experience.
