Richard C. Frey has lived in Chico for most of his life and he has been collecting fine art from all over the world for more than fifty years.  His passion for collecting was instrumental in his becoming a licensed Appraiser of fine art and and personal property and over the course of his life, he has amassed a very impressive collection of art works.  We are constantly adding to the online offering as the collection is catalogued, photographed, and prepared for sale, so please visit our online store frequently to see our newly added fine art pieces!  

 

Although the physical gallery to Richard C. Frey Fine Arts is not open to the public, all of the works shown online are available for viewing in Chico and private tours of our gallery are also available.  Simply call for an appointment and we can usually accommodate you that same day.  You will not find anyone in Chico more passionate and knowledgable about fine art than Mr. Frey and he is a joy to speak to concerning his gallery and the stories associated with the pieces we offer for sale.   .  .
